Information Setlog processes
Setlog stores account information and training information you provide, including workouts, exercises, completed sets, measurements and related notes. Authentication and application data are hosted using Supabase.
ChatGPT connection
If you choose to connect Setlog to ChatGPT, Setlog provides only the workout information required to answer your request. This may include workout names and dates, exercises, weights, repetitions, RPE, volume and calculated progress metrics. The integration does not provide progress photographs, passwords or authentication tokens to the model.
When you explicitly ask ChatGPT to make a supported change, the integration can create, modify or delete Setlog records on your behalf. Write requests use your signed-in Setlog authorization and are constrained by the same row-level security rules as the app. You can deny authorization or revoke an existing connection. Information sent to ChatGPT is also handled under the terms and privacy choices applying to your OpenAI account.
How information is used
We use information to operate Setlog, authenticate users, display training history, calculate progress, answer authorised connector requests, maintain security and troubleshoot failures. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. You may request or initiate account deletion; deletion removes the account and associated user-owned application data, subject to limited backup and legal retention requirements.
Security
Setlog uses authenticated access and database row-level security to separate user records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
